App docsStamp Shift

Privacy at the desk.

Stamp Shift is made by Jordan Blum. This policy covers the app, purchases, optional support messages and these documentation pages.

Progress stays on this device.

Stamp Shift saves your current route, move history, delivered routes and sound/haptic settings in local device storage (UserDefaults). The app has no in-app accounts, analytics, advertising, developer backend or cloud sync.

Deleting the app can remove local progress. I do not maintain a developer-hosted copy of your progress.

Apple handles payment.

Extra Routes is a permanent in-app purchase. Stamp Shift uses Apple's StoreKit to check verified purchase entitlements and unlock the pack. I do not receive your payment-card details through the app.

Apple's purchase and account services follow Apple's privacy policy. Restoring purchases may require a connection to Apple and the Apple Account used for the purchase.

You choose what to share.

Share puzzle information in Help & privacy opens Apple's native share sheet. The text includes the route identifier and title, manifest progress, move count and move history, and app version/build. It does not include account or payment details. No puzzle report is sent to me automatically.

You choose whether to send the text and which app or person receives it. Those recipients may have their own privacy policies.

Support is handled by email.

If you email me, I receive your message, the contact information you provide, and any puzzle information or attachments you choose to include. I use that information to reply and investigate the issue. Please don't send passwords or payment details.

Support email uses Gmail, so messages are also handled by Google under its privacy policy. Email me to request deletion of information you sent; I will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained. This does not remove copies held by your email provider or other recipients.

About these documentation pages

These app documentation pages are static and do not load the personal site's chat assistant. They have no analytics, advertising, forms or client-side JavaScript. Reading them does not send a chat message or puzzle report.

The site is delivered using Amazon Web Services S3 and CloudFront. Serving a webpage requires processing request information such as the requested URL, IP address, browser information and request time. Hosting services may keep operational logs under their own settings and policies; this is separate from the app's local progress. See AWS's privacy notice.
